We do if the client is willing to pay their invoices on time and seek reimbursement directly from their provider. Our friendly team take care of the paperwork side of things for you to ensure your invoice has all the information relevant to seek reimbursement (less work for you, too!). All you’ll need to do is submit it.

Our lawn mowing service includes mowing the entire lawn, edging around borders (such as paths, flower beds, and fences), and trimming any overgrown areas. We also remove grass clippings if asked (otherwise we mulch it in) and leaf blow hard surfaces upon completion.

The frequency of mowing depends on the season and your lawn’s growth. Typically, during the warmer/wet season months in Cairns, lawns may require mowing every 1-2 weeks, while during cooler months, every 3-4 weeks. We can recommend a schedule based on your lawn’s specific needs.

No, you don’t need to be home. We can arrange access to your property, and you can trust that our team will complete the job efficiently and professionally. If you'd prefer to be home, that's completely fine too.

Yes! Our service includes trimming the edges around your lawn, ensuring neat, defined borders along paths, garden beds, fences, and other features.

It’s best to have your lawn dry before mowing for the best results. If your lawn is wet due to rain or watering, we may suggest rescheduling to avoid damaging your grass.

Yes! We offer flexible, recurring lawn mowing services, whether on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule. Regular service helps maintain your lawn in top condition throughout the year.

We accept Apple Pay, Debit, Credit & Bank Transfer. You’ll receive an invoice after the service and the bank details are listed at the bottom of the invoice for Bank Transfer.

Yes. Each garden maintenance session has a 2 hour minimum with 2 gardeners.

Our gardening packages can include all or some of the following (what is required)— mowing, edging, weed control, pruning, hedge shaping, tree trimming, palm tree deseeding and green waste removal.

The frequency depends on the season and your gardens. Some are more high maintenance than others for many reasons. Typically, we suggest every 2 weeks for high maintenance large size gardens and monthly for less maintenance average/smaller size gardens.

Yes! Unless otherwise instructed not to (such as emptying into your onsite green bins etc). All our gardening packages include removing the green waste. For ongoing services, we remove up to one full load truck load of green waste removal per visit.
